Most orders ship within 2 business days (excluding holidays).

5. Delivery

Delivered via third-party logistics.

Tampered or damaged packages must be refused and reported.

OTP-based secure delivery is mandatory.

Three delivery attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, order will be cancelled and refunded (excluding shipping).

Soma Essential is not liable for the conduct of delivery personnel.
6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.

Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Applied discounts or vouchers will not be reinstated once used.
7. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Return Guidelines:

Must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery

Unboxing video is mandatory

Product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging with all accessories

Refunds & Replacements:
