2. Order Placement & Confirmation

• Upon successful order placement, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement Email.

• For COD orders, confirmation via email or SMS is mandatory before dispatch.

• Orders may be shipped in multiple shipments based on product availability.

3. Shipping Policy

• Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Free shipping is available on orders above ₹495. Orders below this amount will incur a flat ₹75 shipping fee.

• We currently do not ship outside India.

• You will receive tracking details once the product is dispatched.

A small handling fee may be added at checkout, subject to courier terms.

4. Delivery Process

• All deliveries are facilitated through authorized logistics partners.

• OTP verification is mandatory for delivery.

• Delivery agents will make 3 attempts within 72 hours. If unsuccessful, the order will be cancelled and returned.

You must record an uninterrupted unboxing video showing:

• Shipping label

• Sealed package

• Full unboxing process

• Original seal is broken

• Barcode/serial is tampered
